Responsibilities
- Manage and process vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform procurement related task.
- Verify and enter vendor bills into the system.
- Perform key in accounting records into the accounting system.
- Support monthly forecasting and budget planning.
- Assist in closing the monthly accounts and reporting.
- Process e-invoices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist HOD with year end external audit.
- Process staff claims.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Superior/Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a professional qualification in accountancy or its equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge in Accounting Software and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications
- Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa & English.
