We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at TOP ZONE AUTO GALLERY SDN BHD' in Butterworth, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial records. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the company's growth and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of financial information
• Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting function
• Contribute to the overall financial management and strategic decision-making of the company
• Perform monthly audit for After Sales Department

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the automotive industry
