Join SHINGLEX TIMBER TRADING SDN. BHD., a leading trading company based in Pandamaran, Selangor, as an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management
  • Preparing monthly payroll
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in the timber or related industry
  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field would be an advantage
