Overview

An opportunity is open for an Account Executive position.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and manage end-to-end financial processes in support of the account, including collection, payments, monthly closing activities, and balance sheet management.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled.
• Provide and interpret monthly financial information and operating reports for management.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, bankers, etc.
• Manage SST reporting and validate customer SST registrations.
• Administer company petty cash.
• Monitor company vehicles, including inspection, road tax, insurance, and maintenance costs.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with company policies.
• Control and monitor stock inventory.
• Plan and manage the company’s cash flow, funding, and budget allocation.
• Handle the full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
