Job Description

• To achieve heat treatment production goal KPI, productivity and quality yield
• Management good practice of heat treatment equipment and TPM
• Develop new heat treating product and processes
• Establishment standard of heat treatment inspection and process, monitor the execution
• Handle heat treatment maintenance and spare parts
• Able to communicate supplier and customer related heat treating technology matter in professional
• Perform others duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Heat Treatment field
• Good communication, leadership and people-management
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to multi task under pressure and change
• Prefer Chinese Male candidate to deal with China customers & suppliers
