GBM needs to start implementing more robust QA and test automation processes to ensure the desired quality on each new developed feature and new systems.

• Analyze product features and define acceptance criteria and test plan alongside the product owner.
• Build and document the test cases for each new feature.
• Identify, isolate, document, prioritize by risk, and track errors during the testing process, and communicate them to the software development team.
• Document the results of the testing process alongside the test plan.
• Perform different test types, like feature, smoke, regression, stress, and load tests.
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests (functional and non-functional).
• Participate in UX, UI, and technical reviews to help in the design of the solution of new features or bugs.
• Develop and deploy automated tests pipelines.

• 3+ years of experience performing functional testing using BDD and or left shift testing
• 1+ years developing automated tests
• 1+ years of AWS cloud experience
• Experience in left shift testing and/or BDD
• Expert developing nonfunctional tests with tools like jmeter, postman and blazemeter
• Experience tracking issues with a test management tool
• Knowledge of at least one mainstream programing language C#, Java, Ruby or Python
• Experience performing automated functional tests for webapps using mainstream frameworks like puppeteer, specflow, cucumber or webdriver.io
• Experience using version control tools and knowledge of different branching strategies
• Experience developing automated tests pipelines with any mainstream automation server or stack.
• Experience performing tests for mobile applications using native profilers.
• Experience in developing database test strategies
