A global automotive supply company located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila is seeking an SSC HR Specialist (Learning) to support HR inquiries and manage cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, knowledge of IT HR systems, and strong Microsoft 365 skills. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for career development and competitive salary.
As SSC HR Specialist (Learning) based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila you will serve as support to solve HR related inquiries which require expertise knowledge. Manage cases raised that are routed from HR SSC Tier 1.1. Resolve tickets submitted by Employees, Global Process Owners, Center of Expertise, Employee Relations Partner, HR Business Partner and other functions. Re-assign and elevate tickets to Tier 1 & 2 , Centers of Expertise when appropriate. Create content for internal trainings. Support Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR Data Management Issues, e.g. Mass data loads. Generate operational reports and prepare data for identification of continuous improvement opportunities. Provide a high level of customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC / BPO environment. Knowledge of IT HR Systems. Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel. Advanced English, Conversational Level. Data Analysis & Statistics. Communication Management. This position is required to be based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
