Clever Builds designs and manufactures high-quality prefabricated homes at accessible prices. From our factory in Ensenada, we ship 100% move-in-ready homes across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

In just two years, we have become the largest tiny home manufacturer in North America, and we are now expanding into modular construction.

We expect to double our team over the next year and are continuously hiring people with initiative and a results-oriented mindset. We offer responsibility from day one, rapid growth, mentorship, and a clear development path with competitive compensation.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & FIELD OPERATIONS SUPPORT
  • Coordinate home deliveries with customers, transport partners, and factory personnel, including collecting required information, confirming delivery details, and following up on payment schedules.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with delivered homes by gathering details from the customer, documenting symptoms clearly, and coordinating with factory technicians to identify solutions.
  • Support the full lifecycle of warranty repairs: locating and contacting U.S.-based service providers, preparing and sending required materials from the factory, giving clear written instructions to service providers, and ensuring work is completed to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records for each case, including notes, photos, instructions, and status updates in the CRM and internal systems.
  • Monitor open cases and proactively follow up with customers, technicians, and service providers to keep all tasks moving and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and organize documentation related to deliveries, service cases, payments, and customer accounts.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Conduct factory tours for prospective customers (in-person or via video call).
  • Assist with occasional technical questions from prospective clients.
  • Help coordinate in-person factory visits and prepare materials for customer handoffs.
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and consistent customer experience across all stages.
MARKETING SUPPORT
  • Capture high-quality photos or videos when needed for customer handoff documents or occasional marketing use.
  • Assist with occasional email or social media inquiries from prospective customers.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Construction knowledge is a strong plus but not required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate calmly and professionally.
  • Comfortable coordinating between customers, technicians, logistics partners, and service providers.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to follow through on complex tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems or digital task-management tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
