Position Summary

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the Distributor channel. Foster a culture of innovation, strategic alignment, and operational excellence to achieve channel objectives, develop new partnerships, and strengthen key strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national business strategies and high-impact commercial initiatives, ensuring long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Propose and execute actions to increase the company’s market share within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, support, etc.) to address client needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services according to established standards.
  • Design and lead strategies for business partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s profitability goals and the continuous growth of the channel.
  • Negotiate contracts and define commercial terms.
  • Set specific objectives and KPIs for each key account and monitor performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in sales, account management, channel development, and new business development.
  • Proven experience managing corporate clients or key accounts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and preparation of commercial proposals.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
