The role involves coordinating home deliveries, assisting with warranty repairs, and providing exceptional customer experience. CUSTOMER SERVICE & FIELD OPERATIONS SUPPORT
  • Coordinate home deliveries with customers, transport partners, and factory personnel, including collecting required information, confirming delivery details, and following up on payment schedules.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with delivered homes by gathering details from the customer, documenting symptoms clearly, and coordinating with factory technicians to identify solutions.
  • Support the full lifecycle of warranty repairs: locating and contacting U.S.-based service providers, preparing and sending required materials from the factory, giving clear written instructions to service providers, and ensuring work is completed to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records for each case, including notes, photos, instructions, and status updates in the CRM and internal systems.
  • Monitor open cases and proactively follow up with customers, technicians, and service providers to keep all tasks moving and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and organize documentation related to deliveries, service cases, payments, and customer accounts.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Conduct factory tours for prospective customers (in-person or via video call).
  • Assist with occasional technical questions from prospective clients.
  • Help coordinate in-person factory visits and prepare materials for customer handoffs.
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and consistent customer experience across all stages.
MARKETING SUPPORT
  • Capture high-quality photos or videos when needed for customer handoff documents or occasional marketing use.
  • Assist with occasional email or social media inquiries from prospective customers.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Construction knowledge is a strong plus but not required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate calmly and professionally.
  • Comfortable coordinating between customers, technicians, logistics partners, and service providers.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to follow through on complex tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems or digital task-management tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
