We are hiring a Bilingual Financial Analyst / Staff Accountant to assist with general accounting functions including preparing journal entries, entering deposits, maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers, account and bank reconciliations in accordance with GAAP and company policy.

You will be working with a team located in California that provides financial services to Homeowners Associations in the United States.

Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.
• Maintains the integrity of the general ledger including the preparation, verification, and input of journal entries.
• Prepares analysis of accounts as requested.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, expense accruals, and journal entries for a portfolio of clients.
• Produce monthly financial statements and internal / external reports as needed / requested.
• Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes.
• Ensure Data Accuracy.

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• At least one year of experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.
• Proficiency in accounting and business management software.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Superb time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
