Formación

  • Fluent in English, ideally at C1/C2 level.
  • Demonstrated experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing, particularly via LinkedIn.
  • Previous recruitment experience for U.S.-based roles is mandatory.

  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

  • Source and engage top candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct screenings and assess candidates' fit for roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruiting priorities.
  • Maintain and enhance ATS and recruitment workflows.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top candidates through various channels, managing job postings and candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring plans. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing, particularly on LinkedIn. Prior experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles is also essential. Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to manage multiple roles and deadlines independently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Engagement: Source and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
  • Candidate Management: Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct candidate screenings and assess alignment with role and culture
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring plans
  • ATS Optimization: Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (written and spoken, C1 / C2 level)
  • Headhunting Experience: Strong experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing (especially on LinkedIn)
