A global fintech company is seeking a Sales Manager for LATAM to drive sales initiatives within the B2B financial markets. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in B2B sales and a solid understanding of financial markets. Responsibilities include prospecting clients, managing a sales pipeline, and preparing forecasts. Proficiency in CRM tools like SalesForce is essential, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English. This is a remote role based in Mexico.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B active sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.

Location: Mexico, Remote.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation across LATAM B2B markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Funnel Management
  • Qualify leads effectively to ensure long-term fit with our solutions.
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and win rates.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to drive improvement.
  • Maintain records in SalesForce CRM.
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, and client KYC documentation.
Requirements
