Role Overview

We’re hiring an AI Automation & Onboarding Specialist to deploy SETR for our clients and become a core team member long‑term. This role is 50% client‑facing and 50% technical implementation—you need to be equally comfortable running professional Zoom calls with clients and building sophisticated automation systems. This is not a short‑term contract; we want someone who wants to master SETR’s platform, grow with the company, and eventually lead our implementation team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding & Communication
    • Run professional video calls with clients to gather requirements and build relationships.
    • Present yourself professionally on camera (good lighting, clean background, professional appearance).
    • Communicate clearly and confidently in English (non‑negotiable).
    • Ask the right questions to understand client offers, brand voice, objections, and funnel structure.
    • Explain technical concepts in simple terms clients can understand.
    • Build trust and confidence during the onboarding process.
    • Provide ongoing support and communicate system optimizations.
    • Handle client questions with patience and professionalism.
  • Technical Implementation (72‑Hour Launch Cycles)
    • Configure SETR’s voice AI with proper tone, flow, and objection intelligence.
    • Build qualification and disqualification logic based on client criteria.
    • Map funnels and lead sources to appropriate workflows.
    • Set up omnichannel follow‑up sequences (voice, SMS, email, DM, WhatsApp).
    • Integrate with client CRMs (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, HubSpot).
    • Configure calendar routing and booking logic.
    • Run comprehensive QA before handoff.
    • Deliver a complete, working system within 72 hours.
  • Ongoing System Optimization
    • Monitor lead/booking conversion rates for each client.
    • Troubleshoot channel accuracy and CRM syncing issues.
    • Improve qualification logic based on performance data.
    • Ensure system uptime and response accuracy.
    • Proactively identify and fix funnel leaks before they impact revenue.

    Benefits & Compensation

    Base Salary: $1,000–$2,500 / month (based on technical depth with n8n, CRMs, AI systems, and client communication skills)

    Performance Bonuses: $50–$200 / month for zero‑error launches and system reliability; $50–$300 / month tied to client retention and performance improvements
