Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer, focusing on our web-based Incentives platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-friendly features that enhance our clients' experience.
Initial 30 days: familiarize with processes, participate in team meetings, complete small tasks.
Next 30 days: handle more complex tasks independently, participate actively in code reviews.
First 90 days: consistently meet deadlines, suggest process improvements, and contribute positively to team goals.
