A leading tech firm in Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy for the People Foundations product development team. Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology or related fields.
• Experience with platform products and enterprise data onboarding.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading platform products featuring shared UI components and data models
,
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup or scale-up environments, navigating ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
,
• Solid understanding onboarding enterprise customers with large data sets
,
• Able to take full ownership of a topic, driving it independently end-to-end, with minimal oversight, and proactively involving partners and stakeholders as needed
,
• Experience building a platform product to support multiple products, various users and configuration options
,
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
,
• Great judgment to make strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions
,
• Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results (experience with Mixpanel and/or Sigma advantageous)
,
• Familiarity with HR technology or related industries is a plus
