- Manage and process mortgage rate lock requests.

- Support the Lock Desk Manager with operations.

We are seeking a dedicated Lock Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage rate lock requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and process mortgage rate lock requests
- Update and monitor loan pricing and rate changes
- Track and manage lock expirations within the pipeline
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lock-related activities
- Support the Lock Desk Manager with daily operations and projects
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to meet deadlines
- Ensure timely execution to meet customer and operational expectations

Work Schedule: Mon - Friday : Between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
