Sperton is an international recruitment and consulting company with a strong presence in Scandinavia and globally.

We are looking for a networked and results-oriented salesperson who knows the industry and has the ability to create new business opportunities.

Remote in Mexico

Independent consultant role, commission-based

What does the role entail?

• Identify and create new business opportunities through your existing network
• Sell recruitment and consulting services to companies, primarily in energy, IT, engineering or similar (but not required).
• Build strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Be ready to actively contact potential customers through, for example, "cold calls"
• Work independently, but in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Panama.
• Participate in sales meetings and training in English with Sperton's global team.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience selling recruitment and / or consulting services
• You have an existing network of potential customers in Latin America.
• You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable with meetings and training in English
• You are skilled at building relationships and communicating well with both customers and internal teams.
• You are self-driven, results-oriented and enjoy commission-based compensation
• Experience with systems such as Teamtailor, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
