Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area
• Experience from development to deployment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with 10+ FTEs
• Experience integrating products or systems onto military maritime platforms
• Systematic problem-solving, strong ownership
• Ability to present technical and non-technical information clearly
• Understanding of communications, radar, or EW systems (hardware and software)
• Active Clearance or ability to acquire clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required

Preferences:

• Military service or DoD program experience
• RF systems with Phased Array/AESA
• Experience with system design reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR)
• Experience with above-deck systems, MBSE understanding
• Active TS/SCI clearance (or recent)
