Job summary

It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team in Mexico City with ample development opportunities and be part of a dynamic team.
We are seeking a Senior Billings Analyst to join our Accounting team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting, and work remotely from Mexico.
- Facilitate the process and validation of billing adjustments
- Assist the collections team with account reconciliation
- Perform monthly closing activities for billing, including reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AR-related issues
- Assess and improve current policies and procedures in line with company initiatives
- Support customer onboarding, including account setup and managing third-party systems
- 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience managing high volumes of various billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, and ERP systems like Netsuite
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and concepts
