Skills

Since 2021, we’ve launched 100 builds across various industries; 1,000 representatives dial in daily from centers we have designed. We run on character, integrity, accountability—ego has no place on the line.
- Earnings: agents make $2,000+ every two weeks (top performers). Around $3000-$5000 USD monthly!
- Spiffs & bonuses: $500+ in a single pay period is common for hitters
- Compensation that scales solely with performance — the more you produce, the more you earn
- Overtime at 1.5× (Saturday OT opportunities)
- Accessible promotions within the first 6 months — QA, Trainer, or Team Lead tracks available

- Desktop/laptop (8GB+), USB headset, wired internet (stable, low ping), (No Chromebooks, no Tablets), camera on
- LATAM only (Mexico preferred)
