Overview

Data Analyst to work for an American multinational energy corporation predominantly in oil and gas.

Location: Mexico - remote

Technical Capabilities

• MS management (SQL)
• Scripting (Python or PowerShell)
• Azure (ADO, Data Factory, ADC, ADLS)
• Business Intelligence (Power BI, Spotfire, Power Apps)
• Data Lake (Databricks)

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership, Agile Mindset
• Supports the team Agile/Scrum rules
• Provide consultative support and advice on technology projects led by business partners
• Work with business partners to understand requirements for data use, analysis, and quality
• Identify and aggregate data from internal and external sources
• Identify new opportunities to leverage data and to integrate data or applications to enhance business value
• Coordinate with data owners to ensure data accessibility and quality
• Identification of data sources
• Documenting data mapping with business requirements
• Contribution to data standards and guardrails
• Ensuring a focus on data quality
• Act as the interface with engage POs and scrum teams
• Coordinating the GIS/MCP IM activities
• Leverage BI tools to analyze and validate data
