A global technology and services leader seeks a Change Management AI Adoption Expert to lead AI adoption strategies and consulting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of consulting experience and strong communication skills. You'll facilitate assessments, engage stakeholders, and develop strategic plans for AI integration. This role offers opportunities for growth and involvement in innovative projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences worldwide.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI and productivity transformation strategies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT.
Responsabilidades
- Lead business case identification and prioritization based on impact.
- Engage stakeholders to monitor progress and optimize adoption strategies.
- Facilitate structured readiness assessments and develop action plans.
