Zusammenfassung
A leading security solutions provider in Querétaro seeks a Project Engineer to develop and lead project plans in line with operational goals. Responsibilities include ensuring project costs and quality, maintaining inventory, and communicating project status effectively. Candidates should demonstrate strong project management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Aufgaben
- Develop the project plan for the Operations team, aligned with program objectives.
- Lead implementation of projects adhering to NPI processes to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure product costs stay within established project limits.
- Maintain project expenditures within planned budget.
- Ensure product quality meets project requirements.
- Guarantee project implementation is completed on schedule.
- Maintain inventory levels according to project requirements and supply chain design.
- Ensure process capacity meets demand volume requirements.
- Coordinate monitoring and control of the project plan across the 5 phases of new product introduction.
- Ensure resource availability for the project.
- Communicate project status, risks, and activities promptly.
- Adhere to NPI methodology and standard work for VAVE, Tactical, and NPI projects.
- Manage resources with other Project Engineers and Project Managers to prevent conflicts.
- Ensure project documentation compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement events to enhance NPI performance.

- Strictly adhere to the NPI methodology and relevant standard work for VAVE, Tactical, and NPI projects.
- Prioritize and manage resources with other Project Engineers and Project Managers to prevent conflicts.
- Ensure project documentation compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement events to enhance the NPI area performance.
