Responsibilities:
- Safeguard the plant assets.
- Check the condition of the assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance.
- Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.
- Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through technological growth.
- Participate in customer audits, complying with established standards and requirements.
- Follow procedures and work instructions of the Quality Management System and standards such as ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14000, and ISO 45001.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and work areas through 5S programs and TPM implementation.
- Promote energy savings through projects and proper spare parts management to meet area objectives.
- Manage hazardous chemical substances and waste according to plant guidelines.
- Perform activities professionally and responsibly, seeking permanent solutions to machine issues.
Qualifications:
- Technical or engineering degree in electromechanical, electronic, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation, hydraulic, or electrotechnics.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, automation (medium level), electricity (expert), and electrical systems (medium level).
