A leading manufacturing company in Santiago de Querétaro seeks an engineer to ensure asset integrity and compliance with maintenance standards. Responsibilities include checking asset conditions, installation, process improvements, and customer audits. Formación

  • Technical or engineering degree in electromechanical, electronic, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation, hydraulic, or electrotechnics.
  • Medium-level knowledge of automation and electrical systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Safeguard the plant assets.
  • Check asset conditions based on maintenance programs.
  • Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.
  • Implement improvements to assets and processes.
  • Participate in customer audits.
  • Follow quality management procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas through 5S programs.
  • Promote energy savings and proper spare parts management.
  • Manage hazardous substances and waste.
  • Perform activities professionally and responsibly.

Knowledge of pneumatics
Knowledge of mechanics
Knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge of automation (medium level)
Expertise in electricity

Educación

Technical or engineering degree in relevant fields

Responsibilities:
  1. Safeguard the plant assets.
  2. Check the condition of the assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance.
  3. Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.
  4. Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through technological growth.
  5. Participate in customer audits, complying with established standards and requirements.
  6. Follow procedures and work instructions of the Quality Management System and standards such as ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14000, and ISO 45001.
  7. Maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and work areas through 5S programs and TPM implementation.
  8. Promote energy savings through projects and proper spare parts management to meet area objectives.
  9. Manage hazardous chemical substances and waste according to plant guidelines.
  10. Perform activities professionally and responsibly, seeking permanent solutions to machine issues.
Qualifications:
  1. Technical or engineering degree in electromechanical, electronic, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation, hydraulic, or electrotechnics.
  2. Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, automation (medium level), electricity (expert), and electrical systems (medium level).
