A leading manufacturing company located in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking an Engineer in electromechanical, electrical, or related fields. You will be responsible for safeguarding plant assets, verifying their condition, and installing equipment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, and maintenance management, and is committed to quality standards. Formación

  • Knowledge of automation and PLCs.
  • Understanding of electronics, electricity, mechanics, pneumatic, and hydraulics.
  • Competence in maintenance management.

Responsabilidades

  • Safeguard the plant assets.
  • Verify the condition of assets based on maintenance programs.
  • Install and commission assets and facilities.
  • Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets.
  • Comply with quality management system requirements.
  • Maintain orderliness in the spare parts warehouse through 5S and TPM.

Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard the plant assets.
  • Verify the condition of assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance tasks.
  • Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.
  • Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through the development of new technologies.
  • Participate in customer audits, meeting the established standards and requirements according to Vibracoustic's systems.
  • Comply with procedures, work instructions, and activities of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Maintain strict order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and work areas through 5S programs and TPM implementation where required.
  • Promote energy-saving projects, manage spare parts, reduce downtime, increase productivity, reduce quality claims, and improve processes.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals and waste following plant guidelines.
  • Perform activities professionally and responsibly, seeking definitive solutions to machine problems.
Qualifications:
  • Engineer in electromechanical, electrical, or related fields, or demonstrate competence in an interview; fields include mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.
  • Knowledge of automation, PLCs, electronics, electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and maintenance management.
