Zusammenfassung
A leading consultancy firm in Veracruz, Xico is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead and develop secure, scalable applications. The role requires a strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, substantial Agile experience, and the ability to mentor junior developers. If you have a passion for clean code and technical leadership, you will thrive in this collaborative environment. The position is full-time with flexibility for remote work and up to 40 hours a week.
Qualifikationen
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken).
- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a technical leadership role.
- Strong front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in back-end technologies such as Java.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira and Slack.
- Proficient in working with APIs and microservices architecture.
- Leadership experience mentoring junior developers and guiding technical teams.
- Familiarity with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, CheckStyle).
- Experience with build tools like Gradle and Maven.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., SNS / SQS, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times.
We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
