We are seeking outstanding Senior Analytics Engineers to join our Research & Development Team (R&D). As an Analytics Engineer, you will organize and provide easily consumable analytical data across various company contexts.

1. Build and maintain data pipelines for the entire company and specific areas.
2. Develop and sustain corporate data visualization dashboards.
3. Translate business rules into code (SQL/Python) to model business processes.
4. Identify opportunities to improve data organization throughout the company.
5. Collaborate with data product managers to develop innovative data products.
6. Promote a data-driven culture and enhance data literacy within the organization.
7. Mentor and develop team members' soft and hard skills.

• 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related data fields.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Over 1 year of experience in Analytics Engineering.
• Experience with people analytics, streaming analytics, graph databases, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
