We are recruiting for our major US-based client in the Ed-Tech sector. You will be working on a dynamic platform that helps students learn and allows teachers to create content and track progress. The software is designed for various age groups but has a special focus on making learning a fun and engaging experience for younger students.

As you will be working closely with a US-based team, this role requires flexibility for some meetings in the afternoon to align with their business hours.

• Close cooperation with and dedicated support from your Team Leader to help you navigate your project and develop your skills.

• Design interfaces that are intuitive for teachers and students, bringing a strong sense of visual style to the platform.
• Create a wide range of assets, including custom illustrations and icons that match the current platform visual language.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and streamline the development process.
• Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma to effectively test, demonstrate, and validate your design concepts with stakeholders.
• Ensure everyone is on the same page by clearly communicating your design rationale to developers, product managers, and the client team.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to translate educational goals and user needs into beautiful and functional design solutions.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your illustration skills, with a style that is adaptable and suitable for different age audiences.
• Proven experience in UI design, with a deep understanding of the principles behind creating and maintaining design systems.
• Mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping, component libraries, and auto layout.
• A keen eye for detail creating intuitive, engaging, and playful user experiences.
• You have a strong command of English (C1).
• You are open and receptive to feedback, able to discuss design critique and use it to elevate your work.
• Strong foundation and understanding of UX design principles.
