Job summary
A Direct Placement Agency is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to manage onboarding and technical setup for new clients. This role requires expertise in onboarding, technical operations, and light scripting. The ideal candidate possesses strong SQL and Python skills, excellent English communication abilities, and can work independently during US business hours. This position offers a remote work arrangement and a monthly fee of $3,200 - $3,500 (USD).
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of freelancing experience.
- 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or C2).
- Able to work independently and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and implementation processes for clients.
- Gather requirements and configure systems per needs.
- Use SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Write basic Python scripts for automation.
