Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role.
- Prior experience sourcing for U.S.-based roles strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Partner with a recruiter to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct outreach to gauge interest and fit from candidates.
