A healthcare services company is seeking a Talent Sourcer to develop sourcing strategies for U.S. roles. This position starts remotely and transitions to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico as the office becomes operational. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in talent acquisition, proficiency in Boolean searches, and strong communication skills in English. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates for U.S.-based roles across a variety of functions. This role plays a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcer will partner closely with a dedicated recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified talent that meets hiring needs. This is a remote role for approximately the first year, with the expectation to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the local office is established. The position reports to the Sourcing Manager.
