Join us as a SAP PS (Project System) Specialist – Project Planning & Integration

Objective:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PS professional to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects within SAP, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, supporting incident resolution, and optimizing SAP PS and cross-module processes within a strategic, long-term project for a global leader in consulting and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end management of projects in SAP PS, including planning, execution, follow-up, and closure.
• Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as SD, FI, MM, LE/WM, PP, and CRM to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
• Support incident resolution related to project systems and related integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and improve system performance.
• Manage tools and interfaces for SAP external system integrations, including EDI, PI/PO, and CPI.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PS implementation, support, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and integration points with FI, MM, LE/WM, PP, and CRM.
• Familiarity with integration tools like EDI, PI/PO, and CPI.
• Proven ability to manage project lifecycle activities within SAP.
• Good communication skills in English (Intermediate-Advanced).
• Experience working on complex SAP project environments and multi-module integrations.
