Our Small and Medium Restaurants Strategy team is seeking an SME Engagement Analyst who is passionate about strategy and eager to play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial team. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the evolution of the food delivery landscape across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica, while directly driving key business outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As an SME Engagement Analyst at DiDi Food, you will play a key role in designing and executing strategies that enhance business operations and strengthen relationships with our restaurant partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and aligned with the company’s mission of delivering a seamless and valuable experience for both users and partners.

• Executing the commercial offering implementation plan, including event setup on the platform and communication strategies
• Addressing inquiries and resolving concerns from the commercial team regarding the commercial offering
• Monitoring performance metrics and conducting alignment sessions with the commercial teams in Mexico and MACPE to ensure consistency with business objectives
• Providing actionable insights and detailed reports to the commercial team, supporting informed decision-making and driving strategic improvements
• Collaborating with the Product team to ensure the successful implementation of new commercial strategies, fostering innovation and operational efficiency
• Managing the budget and closing performance gaps to ensure financial goals are consistently achieved
• Leading key projects aimed at enhancing restaurant performance, optimizing operations, and improving customer satisfaction
• Working cross-functionally to refine and execute strategic initiatives, contributing to sustainable business growth

• At least 2 year of experience in a related role, preferably in strategy, engagement, or stakeholder management;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess strategic performance;
• Proficiency in creating and presenting structured reports that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations;
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams;
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on flexibility and meeting strategic goals;
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships in a multicultural environment;
