Team Overview

As a Key Acoount Sr Analyst for DiDi Shop, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will manage the entire process from lead generation through to negotiation, ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners, and manage performance KPI to ensure the business growth. Your proactive approach will help establish DiDi Shop as a leading choice in the market.

Also you will be a key stakeholder to create, analyze and implement commercial strategies with key partners to guarantee user value on DiDi Shop.

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams ( MKT, Growth, Sales, Strategy and Retail) to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into DiDi Shops;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry;
  • Provide regular reports on KPI and business development activities to Leadership Team.
Role Qualifications
  • Proven experience ( +4 years ) in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Basic Data Management.
