We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a collaborative, fast-paced engineering team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key product and infrastructure initiatives that drive scalability, performance, and user experience across a growing digital platform.

You’ll work hands-on across the stack—from React and Next.js frontends to Python APIs—while shaping the future of the fullstack architecture. • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web interfaces using React and Next.js

• Build and extend Python-based APIs and data-driven backend services

• Lead initiatives to improve scalability, observability, and system resilience

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and customer success

• Mentor teammates and contribute to the evolution of the fullstack architecture

• Occasionally assist with internal IT or infrastructure-related tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js

• Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade APIs using Python

• Strong understanding of systems design, cloud-native environments, and infrastructure automation

• Proficiency in SQL

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership, collaboration, and communication skills

• Familiarity with Zustand, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Vercel

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, particularly in production environments

• Experience with Flutter or cross-platform mobile frameworks

• Comfort assisting with occasional internal IT tasks (e.g., device setup, troubleshooting)

• Frontend: React, Next.js

• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Firebase)
