A global leader in retail technology is seeking a Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between customer vision and technical implementation. This position offers the opportunity to drive AI-powered retail innovations in Mexico. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or IT, and experience in retail software environments. You will lead workshops, prioritize features, and validate system customizations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Experience in retail software environments is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of retail processes and operations such as POS and ERP.
Responsabilités
- Create and communicate a clear product vision that drives customer value.
- Prioritize features and own decisions around delivery and scope.
- Lead functional workshops and training sessions.
