Job summary
A global financial infrastructure company is seeking a Sr. Director of Portfolio Risk & Strategy to lead enterprise-level risk management and strategic analytics across international markets. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in unsecured consumer lending, a strong analytical skillset, and proven leadership in developing scalable risk governance. This position supports a remote-first culture with a competitive salary range of $176,000 - $220,000.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in unsecured consumer lending with an understanding of credit dynamics.
- Experience in developing and implementing analytical frameworks in a systemic manner.
- Strong analytical skills to apply advanced techniques across diverse datasets.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement credit policies governing Tala's lending activities.
- Design and implement continuous credit performance monitoring across international markets.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-informed, risk-adjusted insights.
- Provide executive-level syntheses on risk performance to senior leadership.
