As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide world‑class support to customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment while working fully remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current with new technologies, and applying best practices in customer satisfaction. • Provide exceptional technical and customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Build positive, long‑lasting relationships with customers by addressing their concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure security and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new technologies, products, and services to deliver accurate guidance.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and elevate when necessary.
• Apply industry best practices to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team KPIs.

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, responsible, and proactive attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
