Requirements

• +10 years of experience in a public relations or Influencer Marketing agency.
• English language proficiency (essential).
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Knowledge in Influencer Marketing strategies.
• Knowledge in Talent or celebrity Management.
• Event planning and execution.
• Demonstrated experience working with regional Teams.
• Familiarity with Influencer reporting and campaign tools.
• Experienced in crisis management.
• Knowledgeable of market trends in all industries.
• Be passionate and expert in all social networks.

Activities

• Creation, development and coordination of influencer marketing strategies.
• Provide direction to regional teams.
• Lead the LatAm influencers strategy, creating programs that generate brand warmth, generation of business value, developing and fostering customer relationships.
• Efficient management of each project (budgetary control, billing and collection).
• Train and develop the internal team.
• Present and train on global measurement and reporting.
• Drive, track and report on key KPIs including reach, engagement and conversions by campaign.
• Identify new partnerships and innovative initiatives from influencers and creators that support and amplify broader marketing campaigns as well as experiential activations.
• Be at the forefront in understanding marketing trends, culture and social networks.
• Search and growth of business opportunities within the group.
