A leading automotive company in San Luis Potosí is seeking a motivated graduate for its AcceleratiON program. You will be responsible for managing connection processes during product integration and ensuring compliance within the High Voltage Battery Production. Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree and strong problem-solving skills. This role supports the development of tomorrow's mobility and offers real responsibilities in an international environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience preferred, but recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience are welcome.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical design of machines is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Enable and secure connection processes during product integration.
• Transfer reference parameters to series systems, ensuring compliance during series operation.
• Monitor process data related to connection and testing processes.

What awaits you?

• Responsible for enabling and securing connection processes during product integration, as well as managing incoming product and process changes within the scope of High Voltage Battery Generation 6 at the site, supporting the function “High Voltage Battery Production Generation 6.”
• Responsible for transferring reference parameters (process specifications) to series systems, ensuring compliance and proper documentation during series operation, in alignment with the function “High Voltage Battery Production.”
• Responsible for continuous monitoring of process data related to the relevant connection and testing processes, supporting the function “High Voltage Battery Production.”
• Provide support to methods, process planning, maintenance, and production teams in eliminating complex faults.
• Maintain close collaboration with other methodologists across the network, including technology teams from other High Voltage Battery plants.
• Communicate with parts suppliers regarding NOK (not okay) and out-of-tolerance parts to ensure quality and compliance.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Mechatronic, Chemistry, Mechanic, Electric or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience.
• We are seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skills, and data calculation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
