A leading global energy services company is seeking a Supply Chain Administrative Specialist in Reforma, Chiapas. The ideal candidate will support the Supply Chain department by managing complex databases, preparing reports, and tracking vendor invoicing. A degree in International Business or a related field is required, along with advanced Excel knowledge and English proficiency. Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in invoicing and database management.
  • Strong organizational skills to track Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.

Job Duties

Under limited supervision, provides support to the Supply Chain department within the Business Control sub-area. Possesses considerable autonomy to complete projects for the immediate supervisor. Assignments generally include tasks such as preparing complex reports, managing large-scale databases and information, maintaining detailed records requiring careful review, tracking invoicing and payment of invoices, classifying or compiling information from various sources, among others. Must use initiative and judgment to organize job details and achieve the objectives required to meet Supply Chain KPIs.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree on International Business, Administration, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on activities related to: tracking invoicing and payment of vendors invoices, managing large-scale databases.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge of Power BI software is desirable.
  • Reside in Villahermosa, Tabasco or nerby area is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is essential.
