As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide world‑class support to customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment while working fully remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current with new technologies, and applying best practices in customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, while contributing directly to customer happiness and operational excellence. Your work will impact both individual users and larger organizational clients across multiple industries.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical and customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships with customers by addressing their concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with new technologies, products, and services to deliver accurate guidance.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and elevate when necessary.
  • Apply industry best practices to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team KPIs.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for both written and spoken communication.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset with strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, responsible, and proactive attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
