Formación
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in a social marketing agency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and oversee brand-aligned social media strategies.
- Lead the Social Media Manager team to ensure delivery standards.
- Guarantee smooth execution of media campaigns.
- Monitor key performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends.

- Develop and oversee brand-aligned social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Lead the Social Media Manager team to ensure delivery aligns with the strategy and meets each client's delivery standards.
- Guarantee the smooth execution of media campaigns.
- Oversee the delivery of key performance metrics, monitor reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, content) to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with new business to acquire or retain clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and innovations to enhance brand value.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- It’s a plus if you have experience in a social marketing agency.
- Live and have the right to work in México.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Passionate about the social media environment.
