A leading entertainment company in Mexico City is seeking a Design Management Coordinator to enhance visual execution for streaming services and manage marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of creative service experience and a Bachelor's Degree. The Job

As a Design Management Coordinator for HBO Max, you will help drive the operational success for the visual execution of Warner Bros. Discovery streaming service as well as the production and execution of marketing campaigns promoting it. You will work closely with the cross functional business partners to ensure the design and delivery of motion graphic and video assets representing movies, series, and franchises from WarnerMedia brands. You will help define system workflows and manage knowledge sharing across a variety of stakeholder groups, including video, design, copy, and strategy teams. You will be part of a growing team who will innovate approaches to motion asset quality, delivery tools, and stakeholder satisfaction to develop scalable solutions.

The Daily
  • Service the art directors and motion designers on the Creative Studio and Design motion team to accept new projects, manage designer workloads, and manage stakeholder notes throughout the creative process
  • Schedule and run creative kick-off meetings with agendas including workback schedules, deliverables, and outstanding creative questions
  • Manage creative assets throughout the creative process with knowledge of asset channels to help secure needs for project completion.
  • Assist motion designers in securing proper access to files, footage, screeners, etc. as needed throughout the project
  • Develop a deep understanding of our project management application Monday.com , build project management dashboards and data reports, and understand how tools connect with each other.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, legal, and originals marketing to manage notes, approves, and delivery expectations
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 2-3 years of creative services experience
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio/ prior experience in digital asset management for publicity, marketing, or entertainment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
  • Understanding of video and motion graphic formats and terminology.
  • A creative problem solver.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player.
  • Problem-solving skills and good follow-through essential
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
