This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations across borders, with a focus on Latin America. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, knowledge of international documentation, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customs agents, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Import Management

• Handle import requests and maintain communication with the distribution center in the United States.
• Monitor international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customs agents, manage tariff payments, and oversee transportation logistics.

Export Management

• Manage the international distribution and export of books across Latin America.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

Customer Service

• Communicate with carriers to coordinate package collection and shipments.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Route Coverage

• Oversee shipments across Mexico and Latin America, utilizing air, maritime, and land transportation methods.
• Travel required 25% of time.
