An international technical service provider in Xico is seeking a professional for bank reconciliations. The role requires 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and a college degree in accounting. Successful candidates will manage daily bank account reconciliations, prepare intercompany transfers, and liaise with banks and finance teams. Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Reconcile daily and monthly all the bank accounts in the Americas
• Prepare intercompany transfers on the bank platform
• Interact with banks to investigate transactions
• Interact with Global treasury and the Americas Finance team to ensure the bank reconciliations are completed by the deadline for month end
• Assist with audit requests
• Other related tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in bank reconciliations
• College / University degree in accounting or a similar field

Technical Skills

• English – spoken and written; French working knowledge is an asset
• Strong working knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience with NetSuite (a definite asset)
