A manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a Production Manager to oversee safety, quality guidelines, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, experience within a medical device manufacturer, and proficiency in production metrics. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role as you will report to management and support staff development.

Formación

• Experience in a medical device manufacturer up to 5 years.
• Experience in production metrics (yield, productivity, scrap, etc).
• Fluent in English (at least 80%).

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety and quality product guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate headcount and staff levels.
• Manage activities aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
• Regularly report results to management.

• Maintain appropriate headcount and staff levels to support the strategic priorities.
• Develop strategies, systems, and methods for achieving the strategic priorities.
• Regularly report the results of activities to Management.
• Support the dissemination and maintenance of the company culture.
• Manage activities to implement and meet the Master Production Schedule requirements.
• Maintain production costs and expenditures to meet budget and forecast requirements.
• Manage activities to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Develop the knowledge and skill base of the Production staff in support of the strategic priorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in a medicaldevice manufacturer up to 5 years (immediate experience)
• Experience inProduction metrics (Yield, productivity, scrap, etc)
• Fluent English (At least 80%)
