About the Role

In the role of Sr Business Analyst based in Monterrey, MX you will be part of the Mexico LATAM team. You will provide strategic support to Mexico and other key markets by delivering insights through data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking. Partnering with cross‑functional teams, this role drives informed business decisions, optimizes commercial strategies, and ensures alignment with regional objectives. You will lead reporting, market assessments, and financial modeling to enable the General Manager and leadership team to achieve business goals and strengthen overall market performance.

You will report directly to the General Manager Mexico/Puerto Rico.

What You’ll Be Brewing
  • Conduct market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and territory forecasting to support strategic objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance, volume trends, customer segmentation, and promotional ROI; recommend evidence‑based strategies to optimize pricing, distribution, and go‑to‑market tactics.
  • Compile inputs, model scenarios, and validate forecasts to support short‑ and long‑range planning; contribute to budgeting cycles aligned with financial targets.
  • Partner with sales, finance, marketing, operations, and IT/data teams to ensure consistent data usage and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Build compelling presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key implications, risks, and recommendations; present findings to influence strategic direction.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business/sales/finance or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5+ years experience in business/sales/financial analysis within the Consumer Goods industry in Mexico or Latin America, ideally in a Fortune 500 or large‑scale organizations.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: 434,720- 570,570 posting salary range +10% target short term incentive.
