The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, at least 10 years of experience, and proven leadership skills in multicultural environments. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering deliverables, managing project changes, and ensuring high-quality product releases. Formación

• At least 10 years combined Design/Product development engineering and Leadership experience.
• Proven success in Engineering leadership with minimum 3 years in combined direct or matrix reporting leadership.
• Strong experience of introducing Sensors or Electrical Devices into the Automotive or ICT industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project engineering activities from initial research & development to production.
• Coordinate and execute engineering deliverables: DFMEA, Models, Testing Plans.
• Manage Project and Product changes through the Change Management process.
