Responsible for the sales development and channel expansion of the company's seasoning and food products in the Mexican market.
Maintain and expand relationships with local distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
Assist the headquarters and senior sales management in implementing brand promotion, new product launches, and marketing activities.
Participate in customer visits, business negotiations, quotations, contract signing, and follow-up processes.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential risks.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food or seasoning industry, with existing networks in the Mexican market preferred.
Solid understanding of the Mexican sales environment with proven ability to independently develop customers and build distribution channels.
Fluent in Spanish, with basic English communication skills.
Strong business negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication ability.
Prior experience with international brands or major local seasoning companies is highly desirable.
